How it works
The whole thing takes a second. Your hand already knows the way.
Rest your thumb on the Option key, right beside the space bar.
Your apps appear on the display you’re working on. Tap again to move along; add ⇧ to go back.
The selected app comes forward with all its windows, and the switcher is gone the moment you choose.
